A bit about you: I originally started my fitness career as a personal trainer 14 years ago and honestly laughed when someone asked if I wanted to become a Pilates instructor, but I went ahead and gave it a go and have not looked back! Iv fallen in love the way Pilates not only makes you feel physically but it’s ability to calm your mind as well. For the last 11 years I’v been lucky enough to teach Pilates. Starting at a studio in Glen Waverley, then onto Berwick KX with two of the best mentors I could have had. They helped me grow and gave me that confidence to now create Cor. This little dream of mine has become such an amazing reality and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone being part of it!
What to expect in your classes: expect to have fun, get the heart rate up a little and to leave class with shaky legs and a smile on your face.

A bit about you: I originally ran into Pilates (literally) due to a few niggles from my love of long distance running and no core / strength training. My sister and physio suggested i try reformer Pilates about 6 years ago. I tried it at KX and fell in love with the burn and the challenge. The difference it made to my running and strength was huge.
What to expect from my classes: A prop and certainly some lunges.. Shaky legs in a good way!

A bit about you: I have lived on Phillip Island all of my life and graduated from high school last year! I love travelling, especially to new places and love spending summer days at the beach. I have two golden retrievers: Sandy and Freddie, and my favourite food is any type of fruit. I have always been passionate about exercise and discovered Pilates 2 years ago! Ever since then I have been in love with it as it allows you to move your body in not just a way physical way but also mentally. I love it so much that I became an instructor and hopefully get to show people how Pilates can be a really fun way to move your body.

Fave Movie: If my daughter is happy, I'm happy
Fave Pilates Move: Curtsy Lunge
A bit about you: I first tried Pilates in 2004 while working and playing Aussie Rules Football in Chicago. The team organised a group session, and while I found it very challenging, I felt and moved so well afterwards that I have continued regularly ever since. After finishing my Massage Diploma in 2016 I was asked if I'd like to be a Pilates Instructor, I thought sure! It was a steep learning curve coming from working as a Baker in a warehouse of predominately males, to massage and Pilates. But with some good people around me, I think it has worked out very well! From that first studio in Berwick 7 years ago I met Elisha, and to still be working with her now at Cor, it has made my Pilates journey all that more fun and I'm very happy to be able to help the Cor community get stronger and move and feel better!
What to expect in your class: Expect to be challenged and sweat! But also to have a lot of fun with music to make you smile
